What position you're applying for: CO of the 467th Starfighter Corps
Why do you want this position?: I was both former Starfighter Corps and Inferno Squad on another server and I saw a lot of mistakes and areas of improvement. I want an opportunity to ensure this battalion does not make the same mistakes and not only that I want Starfighters to be an active, skilled and enjoyable battalion and I intend on doing everything in my power to do so.
Why should you have this position?: I'm a former member of command on another server with a lot of experience. I understand and exsell at the administrative work required in a battalion. Furthermore I am an experienced pilot capable of setting an example for my subordinates in both behavior and skill.
What makes a good leader?: A good leader is someone who sets a good example in both character and skill to those under them but also understands how to utilise others skills and abilities efficiently for a common goal. Furthermore a good leader builds up those who follow them and mentor those below them so they also become good leaders.
In terms of discipline, how would you handle a disobedient trooper?: Firstly I would talk to them about the importance of following orders and correcting their behavior then if problems persist I would then escalate to threatening them with disciplinary action if they do not fix their behavior. If the issue still persists then strikes demotions and/or removals would then be performed as needed. Every situation is different.
Understand that obtaining this position is no joke nor error as you may or may not show enough promise to be given the position and that all who gain an officer position must carry their duties with honor. You and your troopers represent your regiment / squad, your trooper's actions will hold you responsible for the majority part of the actions performed. First task is to create a battalion discord and hand over ownership to the owner, then work on a SOP with Google Docs or use the discord.: I understand.[/b]
